I am a kind, open, honest, gentle, affectionate and sensitive man. I am told I am easy going and fun to be with. I like to keep fit and healthy through cycling and yoga.
My main interests include singing, watching films and documentaries, dancing, reading, playing table tennis and cards, organising discussion groups, meditation evenings, cards nights and film nights. I enjoy socialising as well as being in my own company and I strive to get a balance of the two.
I am strongly drawn to inner exploration and understanding my relationship to others and the world around me. This has led me towards non-duality, tantra and Taoism. I am passionate about effective communication and connection and intimacy with others.
